Lifehacks

I will be logging here all the lifehacks which I find useful or think might come in handy later.

Feel free to suggest to me what has worked for you. I will be happy to amend this over time.

Here we go ⚡

  1. Say No to everything ruthlessly (obviously no need to be rude) - This will save you time and mental bandwidth.
  2. Try to be a little monotonous - This is for folks who want to do everything but are lazy. Life becomes overwhelming. Use the pointer 1 and this and you will find plenty of time for any kind of activities.
  3. Take life less seriously - You came with nothing and will leave with nothing. "Unnecessary wants" just clutter your mind. Ponder upon this.
  4. Be proactive rather than reactive.
  5. You are falling behind or you are getting ahead.

Questions to ask yourself?

  1. What is a small thing that bugs me, but I haven't taken the time to fix? Can I fix it today? - James Clear

Wise people's thoughts!

James Clear

  1. Whoever has the most fun, wins.
  2. Double down on what is working best.
  3. The biggest risk to productivity is always the same: working on the wrong thing.
  4. Most people optimize for the day ahead. A few people optimize for 1-2 years ahead. Almost nobody optimizes for 3-4 years ahead (or longer). The person who is willing to delay gratification longer than most reduces competition and gains a decisive advantage. Patience is power.
  5. "When considering a new project or opportunity, one of the first questions to ask is
    1. “How do I want to spend my days?
      1. Make as few choices as possible that violate your answer.
      2. Many opportunities seem exciting but actually give you less of the life you want."

Naval

  1. If you can't decide, the answer is No.
    1. If you have two choices and are relatively equal, take a path that is difficult in the short term and has long-term implications

Help me make this post better!

Great things can never be done alone. If you feel something is working for you, do let me know and I will be more than happy to discuss the same with you.
